Following its first edition, as part of the Portuguese Capital of Culture 2025 program, Extremo returns tomorrow, 18 July 2026, to Falperra, living under the same format. The program runs from sunrise to sunset, blending soundscapes, performances, and installations with a series of concerts featuring exploratory and electronic music…
Conceived for the border territory between the municipalities of Braga and Guimarães, the festival engages with the religious buildings of Monte da Falperra and its surrounding landscape and culture, blurring the boundaries between municipalities, artistic genres, and between art and nature.

Após a primeira edição, enquadrada no programa da Capital Portuguesa da Cultura 2025, o Extremo regressa amanhã, 18 de julho de 2026, à Falperra, mantendo o mesmo formato. O programa estende-se desde o nascer ao pôr do sol, cruzando viagens sonoras, performances e instalações e um conjunto de concertos de música exploratória e eletrónica…
Pensado para o território de fronteira entre os municípios de Braga e Guimarães, o festival relaciona-se com os edifícios religiosos do monte da Falperra e o seu entorno paisagístico e cultural, diluindo os limites entre os municípios, géneros artísticos e entre arte e natureza.
